We can build directly from your logo, create a brand-new design from scratch, or adapt any existing product or artwork from our site. Each layered trophy is made by stacking two or more precision-cut layers of metal, giving the design depth, shadow, and separation of colors. Trophies can be built to stand using folded tabs, welded bases, or mounted on fabricated stands depending on size and layout.
Sizing & Materials
Trophies can range from small-scale pieces to large, free-standing builds. Multi-layered pieces are typically made from two to four layers of 18-gauge steel, depending on design complexity. Each layer is finished individually, then assembled and powder coated for long-lasting durability — indoors or outdoors.
