He patiently guided me through various design options until we discovered the perfect one that truly resonated with my vision (I know I can be a challenging customer, but he handled it like a pro!). The quality of the work is outstanding—it's genuinely metal and incredibly sturdy! The vibrant candy red color is absolutely striking, while the glossy black outline beautifully enhances the cutout details. I am already looking forward to placing my next order!
My communication with Mr. Sheftell was excellent! He worked with me on multiple designs until we found one that I liked (I might have been one of the more challenging customers, haha), and he was very patient throughout the process. The quality of the work is amazing; it is truly made of metal and feels sturdy! The candy red color is vibrant and beautiful, while the gloss black outline really highlights the cutout. I will definitely be ordering another one!

Great build quality. Powder coating is very nice as well. Took quite a while longer to receive my order than they advertised, but so far, I am satisfied.
While I thought the background color would be richer and darker, I still think the item is gorgeous. Now all I have to do is get the piece that locks it into place so I can put it on.
