Shipping policy

SHIPPING 

Once your order has been placed, you will receive an email confirmation.  When your order has been shipped, you will receive an email with your tracking information.

All orders are processed within 2 to 3 weeks, with the exception of some custom orders placed directly with our team. 

For packages lost in transit, a claim must be submitted within 7 calendar days from the expected delivery date.  Claims for packages lost in transit can be submitted to info@elitemetalworking.com.

Please note that Elite Metalworking will not take responsibility for reshipment or replacement of items marked as "delivered" on tracking information sources.
