I have always loved your products and recommended you to so many people. My husband and I are involved in German Shepherd rescue and all of my friends loved your German Shepherd items whether I gifted them or they saw mine and bought them.
My German shepherd hitch which I absolutely loved started to rust. You guys were kind enough to make me a new one if I covered shipping. We are in the middle of trying to sell our house and move, which is stressful enough. Before I placed the new order, I did verify the shipping time as we were supposed to be out of the house by December 5th. This was not entitlement by any means just an important question for me placing the order. Our closing got delayed by a couple of weeks, which was a good thing as my order did not arrive until December 8. When I brought that up, along with the fact that the new hitch was quite a bit smaller and one side looked like it was coming undone, I received the reply below, which quite honestly was shocking to receive about seven different insults when I never once was nasty, and your insults are the farthest from the truth. I am surprised any business would treat a customer like that especially a good customer that has referred you over and over again. Here is that reply word for word.
“Are you poor? Disabled? Besides mentally…. I mean is there something I don’t know that is making you so ignorant, entitled… You must be one of those woke liberals. It’s the only clowns who would act like this.”

Great build quality. Powder coating is very nice as well. Took quite a while longer to receive my order than they advertised, but so far, I am satisfied.
While I thought the background color would be richer and darker, I still think the item is gorgeous. Now all I have to do is get the piece that locks it into place so I can put it on.
